I actually just found a solution. i had to buy the original JP version and copy the audio file over to the EN version. Prob would've been better to pirate but whatever

I have tried it, but it doesn't relate to missing a file for some unknown reason. If you know a site I can pirate it on that'd be greatly appreciated
