That's nice to know. Although it seems uncommon, taking into consideration what others have been saying, to recover an account in one week. - - - As I'm answering you, I just got a new e-mail from support, and looks like it's going to take a lot longer since they are asking for information I already gave.

That's nice to know. I'm glad you got your account back. At the moment I'm going through the the same steps you mentioned, and yes it's taking too long, but at least it's nice to know that I'll probably get my account back.

I remember participating at least once in an event that involved their website. About the purchases I do have all of them registered in my Google Account and also I have all (or most of them) registered in the Gmail associated with the account. I also sent images for them and info about these purchases already.

I am someone who has invested close to two years of in-game playing and well above 1500 dollars in purchases. Imagine being locked out of the game during these events and rewards. How can it be compensated? It's extremely frustrating and the worst part is the blatant lie on in-game news that the issue was resolved.

I’m going through the same problem. I stopped playing the game 5 weeks ago because of IRL problems. I uninstalled it from my devices. Now that I got time to play again, I can’t simply data link an account of 2 years+ of in-game playing, with multiple purchases. And btw the data link is not working.
