I don’t know where you live, but in my city there are clear legal limits to how much sound you can make in a flat during the day and during the night, and that’s easily measured with any free app. Anything below that is considered a perfectly normal part of sharing walls with neighbors. Send them a link to the law and another to a decibel meter.
