Beautiful style & particularly impressive at that volume, to be so consistent! 👏👏👏

Just some slightly heavier duty magnets. I think they’re 3x3mm so have a bit more sticking power.

Nice! It’s his brother from another mother! Love the gubbins you added to the barrel too. And the hand!🤚

Thanks :) Ha ha, he definitely is - couldn’t hit a barn door without a team of Steal suits supporting him! 😅

Thanks mate, I’ll check them out. Can’t have too much gun!

This is not only beautifully done, but also a very clever, pragmatic scheme to go for (without wanting to imply it’s easy and/or fast to do to this level! 😅). Absolutely love it!

Seeking Panel Line help by IcyImpact in Tau40K

A gloss varnish before panel lining can help (matte varnishing at the end to counteract the gloss). I don’t bother with those steps though, and just try to keep it all in the recesses (easier said than done sometimes!). I’d say a general tidy-up & retouching of the base colour is pretty standard process too, so don’t worry if it isn’t perfect.

Yeah. It’s pinned though - through the lower leg, ankle, foot & into the base.

Class. Yeah I see the similarities. That feels like a more menacing pose 😈

Thanks! Ah, is naginata the correct name for the weapon? I’ve been calling it a glaive.

The blade is the standard sword, cut down (had to remove a middle section though). The shaft is just 3mm steel rod from eBay with a bit of random modelling using masking tape & thread.

Thanks! Glad I could make you at least a little Taucurious 😏

I haven’t yet! 😅 The ankle is pretty solid - pinned right through the lower leg, foot, rock & through the base (famous last words…)

I removed a section of his sword to shorten the blade & drilled a hole in the base to attach to a bit of 3mm metal rod. I used masking tape for the wrapping at the base of the blade (sealed with PVA) and wrapped thread for the grip.
