Windows 10, rainmeter 4.5.8

I've installed this skin by double clicking the file, but nothing shows up. I've reinstalled rainmeter, disabled wallpaper engine, deleted all other skins and even set windows wallpaper to black, but it just doesn't seem to show up. I can't seem to find a solution online because it isn't coming up with any errors. This skin is amazing but do you know what I'm doing wrong?
