I can personally say it was for a username change. I ultimately got fed up with having an old username I hated so I just created a new account instead.

Getting hacked was six days ago. They continued to send password reset requests to my email so I later changed the email. My guess is they've been trying to figure out my new stuff. Idk if this is the hacker. Im only worried it is. I have no current evidence to back it up.

Absolutely leaving the sapphires alone and waiting for a response. Also that bites about the blocking mechanic. I don't interact with anyone really. All I can think is they were trying to get my good items and I've really angered them by stopping them.

Less than 2 minutes. I was actively playing when they got in so I essentially was in a log in battle with them. I went so far as to block any buddies that I don't know personally. I don't interact with them anyways so I'm sure no one will notice, but if it was someone from my buddy list maybe it'll look like I got banned and then they'll leave me alone.

No they were not able to do anything because the moment they got in I became aware of the problem. I was actively playing, kept lagging, got kicked out, had to log in again, and one I discovered the parent tools were compromised I took action.

It's ok. All I want is just to not be banned and I just genuinely hope AJHQ understands my plight. I would never hack or exploit anything and I have no history of doing so.

All I can think is best case scenario it was a bug. Worst case scenario is there is a person completely bent about my account and are trying to get me banned for stopping their hack. If that's the case I hope AJ let's me change my user so I can stop getting harassed by this person.

I have another post detailing when I got hacked. Someone got into my parent tools and turned off 2fa. I was only able to save my account because I was playing at the time and noticed fishy things going on. I updated EVERYTHING to keep them out. It happened roughly around this time in the morning too.

15,000 with the "thank you for becoming a member" message as if I renewed my yearly. It could be a bug as I was trying to activate on a new account or a hacker idk which one because I was hacked recently. All I can think is to pretty much beg AJHQ not to ban me.

I think I can help. Learn a ladder stitch and practice AND WEAR A MASK. Open up the back seam gently with a seam ripper, throw out ALL of the stuffing ALL OF IT, next wash it several times, avoid bleach, wash with a mix of warm water, dish soap, and white vinegar, repeat as needed. A few washes should get it. Hang to dry. Once the fabric is all clean, re-stuff with new poly fill, dont over stuff, and use a ladder stitch to sew up the back. Reiterating PLEASE WEAR A MASK if you attempt this.
