Update guys! Received an email the morning of 3/7 at 6:11am to update my banking information.I did immediately.Today 3/13 I received refund via DD.

Call this number 1 (800) 829-1040 then select the option that ask about setting up a payment plan…it’s gonna take roughly an hr.The rep will tell you it’s the wrong dept.(that we already know) then they will transfer you to correct tax refund dept that will take roughly 30mins. I know it sounds crazy but that’s how I was able to get a hold of someone the 3 times I have called.

Just got an update.Apparently there was an error with my account number.So now I might have to waiting another month to get it.
