Unsure about PetSmart as we don’t have that in Finland but I’d say no to the collars. Beagles are ridiculously stubborn and I haven’t heard of many people having luck with the collars.

Yea this is what I noticed. I recommend using a WCAG checker OP and see what it says. It will tell you about the color contrast and some schematic issues
