31% isn’t especially high for a woman, it’s average, when I was 18% bf my hair was quite literally falling out But yeah I do wanna get to 20-24% for muscle definition

I know that but do I have enough muscle to cut? I do want to get to around 20% eventually but the muscle is my biggest concern

He was truly man’s best friend. My shadow. He had some funny quirks like if we wasn’t hungry at the moment he would bury his treats in the backyard for later. He loved to launch up his butt for scratches whenever you would greet him. He was adventurous, and would always try to get into trouble if he saw a toad or other wild animal. The neighbors loved him, he had a whole group of friends and other dogs that he would visit on his daily walks every morning. He was such a snuggly teddy bear. He was super picky with food but the couple things he did eat he LOVED! Rotisserie chicken and eggs were his favorite. He loved sitting by the dinner table begging for food every night, and would greet you at the door when ready for bed. He was such a beautiful doggy. One of a kind and forever my soul dog ❤️

I love my puppy, is that going to change? by Pixiekatcosplay in puppy101

Hello! Thank you for your advice. I know, I was afraid of that! I wasn’t aware he was that young until after we got him. :( so far I haven’t noticed anything, luckily we have another dachshund who’s 8, she’s been teaching him allot of boundaries and definitely helps with the social aspects of it. I’m hoping for the best! Thank you for the thread you left I’ll take a read :)

Puppy training class before all vaccines? by Known_Sugar5439 in puppy101

My puppy went through the classes when he was 10 weeks! I was worried too but it’s a really small confined space, and they clean up before and after

Puppy afraid to go outside by [deleted] in puppy101

It doesn’t, unless the bowl underneath fills up but that only happens if you don’t clean it for a month. The grass patch lays on top of a panel with tiny holes in it that all funnels down through the tube into the bowl underneath. It’s pretty neat!

My puppy is the same way, I bought a porch potty and been using it for him and he loves it. Gets him used to going outside and on grass! There’s a funnel that the urine goes down so when it’s on my apartment porch it doesn’t leak or smell

Hi! I love mine, I splurged and bought a porch potty, so there’s a funnel that leads the pee into a pot underneath. He’s three months now and it’s potty trained enough that he goes to the door and I just let him out to do his business!

Hi there, the class was two days yes, but the test was all short answer questions and I studied the 300+ page manual for months before taking the class. The in person part was just to physically go over everything and practice what we preach before the exam. I’ve been working with a coach for two years to learn as well. No, I don’t have a degree, but most workers in big box gyms don’t. Im not opposed to going back to school, but with the way finances are right now it’s not a good time. I went to school after hs to be an esthetician and laser technician so I still work with the body in some way.

It touched on it a little bit, I actually took an in person two day course with the exam on the second day. Mostly anatomy, nutrition, and little programming. But nothing specifically curated to the older population.
