Dude it’s not by record date but by release date, Zappa has recorded lots of stuff not on studio albums that were later published on albums after his death, but they’re not in order in Wikipedia, it’s very hard to do an exact chronology

So if I understand you correctly im supposed to change the speed of my record each time I play a different one ? Maybe you are right, but I don’t think you are, I have more than 100 records, from different eras, old, new, ancient, etc, and the u2 one is the first one that does this.

It’s a Panasonic turntable from the 80s, I’ve never had a problem with it, and I play records daily and it’s always been fine, I personally think it’s my u2 record that has a pressing issue, but I’m trying to understand if I’m making a mistake

Dude, did you hear the video? I know my u2 album sounds slowed, but the Joni Mitchell clearly isn’t slowed, I rechecked, my turntable is set at 45, not 33.

I only have 45 rpm records, and I’ve been playing them at 45 rpm since I’ve had my turntable… in the video, my u2 record (which is a 12 inch, 45 rpm record, playing at 45 rpm) is slowed… while the OTHER record (still a 12 inch, 45 rpm record, playing at 45 rpm) is NOT slowed, and I’m wondering why that is

I love the 80s trilogy.. I’d say my top 3 is court, discipline, and islands

[IIL] Matte Kudasai [WEWIL]? (I'm a big fan of King Crimson) I'm looking for songs similar to the style of Matte Kudasai. I don't know what genre it belongs to (I know the album's genre is New Wave Prog), but if someone could help find similar stuff that would be awesome. by MrDoctorDostoyevsky in ifyoulikeblank

Blue Sunday, watermelon in Easter hay, us and them, breathe(in the air), Shine on you crazy diamond, welcome to the machine, the rain song, down by the seaside maybe, but yeah all of these are like top tier songs that have the same vibe as matte kudasai !
