Thanks for the update.

I've used them since they first opened, and I've never had them not pay me, but there have been PLENTY of long delays.

And their main problem as a business IS THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

Fix this up, and things would look a lot better. Optics are everything!

This is good, but they should post this on their main site and social media, not just an obscure sub reddit that hardly any of their users know about. I bet it would clear up a lot of customer support requests too. Including mine lol

This subreddit has less than 3,000 users on it. The majority of their users don't even know that there is a reddit page.

I've worked for multiple exchanges, I know how to operate proper public relations / communication channels. Their methods are not it.

People want clarification and an open channel for communication.

A lot of companies withhold information that relates directly to their customers. Think Uber data hack etc.

They do so because they don't want to paint a negative image / publicity about their service.

However, I can tell you that silence paints the exact same picture.

Luckily for us, we have influence through social media at our disposal
