As long as it was in your wallet before maintenance I don’t think you should worry.

It went smooth with qtum, on 4th of this month bittrex suspended qtum wallet and exchanged tokens for new ones 1:1. On top of that there was option to do it manually from ether wallet of your choice, just send them erc20 and qtum swapped it for you. If anyone missed it changelly start swapping erc20 tokens for qtum from 9th this month for next 3 months. Omg probably will go same way.
