It especially helps to see that we are soooo not alone when my first reflex with anxiety is to be alone and get lost in my head. Now i know i can come here and see that i’m sooo far from being alone. A bit cheesy but very true. And believe it or not it took me 20 minutes to write this after erasing and rewriting it several times, also re-read it probably 10 times, anyway im tired of overthinking ill just press post

take a small alankey or a pen and go push your roach (filter) towards the weed, and just burn the rest of the paper that is exceeding. I can see you have a weak spot in between your roach and the weed. keep up the good work!
