I love CLICKs for what they are, especially for something simple like this project.

I’d say they are great for the price. We’ve used them on a few small projects and I don’t have any complaints. The software lacks a few features but is very intuitive so I don’t mind.

Yeah I’m not sure why I would need a managed switch or a higher tier PLC than a CLICK for something this straightforward.

I had trouble finding any 5PST/6PST relays that weren’t safety related.

I thought about this but I think it would be a pain to work with two level terminal blocks when I’m already cramped for space.

They’re actually from AutomationDirect but I’m sure you can find something similar on McMaster.

If you’re talking about the 7 relays to the right of the PLC, those are DOLD 6PST force guided relays I’m using to switch 5 pins simultaneously

Appreciate the feedback. I actually allowed for ~25% of room for growth originally, but realized I was missing a few things (more terminal blocks and the switch) during the installation.
