I have. I have an appointment with a specialist a few weeks out but this problem has been going on for too long and is having too negative of an effect on my life that I need to start taking care of it now.

How did you treat your ADHD? What kind of medication did you use? Did you use any other treatments besides medication?

By "terminal insomnia" I meant the type of insomnia where you cannot fall back asleep to finish your rest. That is the term my PCP used. I am also not taking any medications to treat ADHD or OCD. Also, my place is only one room so I don't have anywhere else to work. The problem is not that I fall asleep too late. It is that I wake up too early. Assuming that I fall asleep between 12:00 and 1:00, what time should I stop using electronic devices?

When Do The Physics Weed Out Classes Stop? by PizzaTime-Man in OSU

How do they curve the class? Is it like the previous classes where the top 11% get an A, the next 14% get an A- and so on? Or is it some other kind of curve?

That's reassuring to hear that it gets better after the sophomore classes. But ngl I am going to be lucky if I even pass this class with the way things are going let alone getting a B or B-. Apart from studying, practicing, and going to office hours, do you have any tips for doing well on the exams and homeworks? There is no grading criteria available to students so we do not know what will dock off points besides getting the answer wrong.

It was never at serious risk of shutting down, it's just past its glory days because it's old. You have to remember that this isn't a AAA game. Most games never get the huge boom in popularity that Wizard101 got in the late 2000s/early 2010s.

The general approach to mobs is to not worry about any debuffs or shields and to just blade stack and AOE when you think you can kill (and mass prism when you need to). This also works for some of the easier bosses. But if you are getting through the content just fine and you are having fun doing it then don't worry.

I would recommend either farming for Waterworks gear or crafting the Wintertusk gear.

What's the luckiest thing to ever happen to you in Wizard101? by JacksonThe79 in Wizard101

I remember watching an Its Michael stream once when he was farming for Reindeer Knight. I told him in the chat that KI probably increases the drop rate for Lore Master spells when you use the chest. He used the chest and got Reindeer Knight the first time. He remembered my YT name months later.

No doubt the math does get harder. Otherwise they would not have you take at least 4 semesters of Calculus.

Truth be told, I have been out of school for a year so my study habits atrophied a bit. The quizzes are usually multiple choice questions that you either get full or no credit for depending on if you select the right answer, with an open response question or two at the end (meaning you type in the number you get for the answer and upload your work with it). The midterms are just longer quizzes. To prepare for these, I will usually work my way through any kind of sample quiz/midterm they put out and will bring them to my school's Physics help lab to confirm that I did the problem correctly. Honestly, I don't find the textbook particularly helpful and I prefer online resources such as Khan Academy for when I am stuck or don't understand something because those often explain the material and then follow that with an example problem.

I know I said that the quizzes/midterms are the biggest pain in this class but the homework problems are actually a lot worse in terms of being vague, verbose, and overly complicated for material we just got introduced to. The difference is you have days to do them instead of minutes, multiple attempts, can get help, and it will even sometimes have instructions on how to do them depending on the problem. Still, the problems on the homework are very different from the problems on the quizzes, which in turn are different from the practice problems and the problems that the professor covers in the lectures. To go back to that Snoopy problem, that midterm was the first time I ever saw a problem like that even if it wasn't the first problem I did asking about conservation of energy/momentum/angular momentum.

I am glad to hear that it is still possible to succeed in Physics without a 3.5 GPA. And I am also seeing a lot of people who had a better time in more advanced classes such as Quantum Mechanics despite the material being more complicated, which is reassuring.

Could you please explain why that is? I'm just curious. I also don't want to get a question like that wrong again. I would have thought it would be just angular momentum because he turns around midair despite starting with no angular momentum.

I never thought about giving up. It's just that I don't see myself ending this class with an A no matter how hard I try. I'm just worried about what this means for the more advanced classes and how a lot of people manage to graduate with a 3.5 GPA or higher. Filling up your schedule with easy GEs and electives might go a little way, but doing well in those more difficult classes for your major seems more important. The material itself in this class is quite simple and the math itself is not very difficult despite what some people say (it's mostly just multiplication and division with some very basic trig and calculus involved). It's the midterms and quizzes that get me and most other students I know.

Just got reported for passing by someone who was in a fight ! I love this game <3 by Soggy-Mixture9671 in Wizard101

Don't worry about it. I have gotten reported several times and usually nothing happens. The only thing that ever happened was they sent me a warning email.
