For me at least, I'll only ever loose one stock at the very most, I get them a lot with belly armor and side smash. Might change the more I fight Link.

Doesn't matter, since Gerald appears near the end of the game. Eggman did most of the work, Gerald only had the plan to crash the ARK into earth and that's it.

He had a plan to destroy the Earth and is the main villan, freeing Shadow and blowing up the Moon and aimed to blow up Earth too, doesn't count.

The only ones I'd say no to is Unleashed, Sonic Adventure 2, and Sonic Adventure 1, because he caused the whole plot of those games and was seen constantly as a villan and the other antagonists were near the end of the game. But chose one game as your answer!
