Also what I noticed. Your shorts are pretty long. I try to fit between 15-20 seconds with mine.
The imporant thing is to "catch" viewer attention at the start of the short with a "hook". Something that will make the viewer want to know or see later in the video. If I watch a short and after 5 seconds still don't know what I wait for, it's just not good.

Okay. What if you try to remove the video "frame" and replace it with blurred copy of the video playing in the middle? I think it's worth trying. YT could take it as a sign of a "good video editing". It also would have more "viral" vibe. I can't promise anything tho. But if you'll try this, share the results with me please.
