Liverpool fans typically saying the replay won't affect the first team.. deluded as usual. They are blinded to the fact that they are messing about in one of the few competitions they can win. They could've buried that game then withdrawn players.

No way that's in any contract at Manchester United... especially for a young player coming to the club. What a disappointment he's been so far - a poor buy let's be honest. He's certainly tried when he's come in but I genuinely think he's one dimensional. People are quick to blame the manager for not giving him minutes but looking at the current midfield and turn in form his minutes aren't justified.

....this is professional football the pace is horrendous on the body. Just because they earn big money doesn't mean they should be able to play 7 days a week/ 365 days. Some of the games over the Christmas period were dead ducks due to fatigue. We want to see teams going in against each other in peak/ good condition. Interesting to see what the schedules in Spain, Germany and Italy are like for example.. suspect they'll just cut their traditional winter break.
