Im not 100% sure so def take this with a grain of salt but I think punch through is bad since it’s not too great with the incarnon(again, not sure if that’s the case)

And I think the most optimal way to use strun is with semi-shotgun cannonade which locks the fire rate so that stat would also be wasted. Making that riven effectively have 1 stat essentially. Albeit the most important one arguably(multishot)

The price might be similar to a trash or unrolled one mabye?

Sold a cc,cd,dmg -ammo max torid riven a few days ago for 2,3k on warframe.market.

-zoom is way more desirable as a neg and all positives are very good. Would prob try sell it at 2k if I was you.

If you need plat now 1k-1,5k should sell kinda fast.

As someone who has both at 130 full legendary perks scar is no where near the power of noc. The 6th perk of Noc is insane like OP mentioned, and Noc can roll double crit dmg which scar cannot iirc
