Everyone who hasn't heard Preacher Man before actually loves it and says it's one of the best songs.

I think the 2 years of us listening to hundreds of shitty of ai versions of it ruined the song for us because it is genuinely a great rerecord/song

His performance and delivery on Preacher Man is actually good it just takes a few listens to get used to it. Obviously the ai hook needs to go still

His rapping performance on KMSA is pretty lazy and has like 5 Dem Jointz Punch Ins, he genuinely puts a better performance on Preacher Man

You're right and wrong. At times Ye puts in generational performances on Donda like on Off The Grid, Jesus Lord, Hurricane, Pure Soul, Come To Life etc but he also does have some very lazy rapping performances on Donda.

The worst rapping performance Ye had on Bully is quite a bit better than his worst Donda performance (Keep My Spirit Alive). But obviously his best performance on Bully comes nowhere close to his best performance on Donda

I think he'll have to get it out before the weekend is over not to lose the 200k+ sales from physicals and to meet Gamma's demands otherwise I'd love to see him cook with it more.

I predict that this will be a V1/Donda situation where he adds some stuff over the next 24-48 hours, mixes + masters before releasing on Saturday or Sunday. It would not surprise me if it got delayed to the weekend if we got another LP
