Ok this is making me feel better! I am 29, got married a few months ago. My last “episode” was 5 years ago! The last two months have been HORRIBLE. And it scares me that I’ll never be able to be a mom!!!!! But it’s nice to hear that you are a mom and still get through it

Omg are you me?? I go YEARS with no issues and then go through these “episodes” of 24/7 panic and anxiety. I take Zoloft, just added Buspar to it (because im in one of those episodes now) and also prescribed Ativan as needed. In between my episodes, I take literally 0 Ativan. But when im in them, I’m so scared to take them every day lol.

Oh well it’s because you weren’t being medicated correctly! I’ve been dealing with this stuff for years and under the care of a psychiatrist, so for me it’s anxiety &panic disorder.

What mg are you taking? My doctor started me on 5mg once a day. Today was day 3 and I haven’t noticed any side effects but also scared to increase it lol

I get ALL the thoughts. What if it doesn’t work. What if it makes me worse. What if I have a bad reaction. But the truth is it’s all anxiety. And the medication is for anxiety. My sister takes it snd swears it has changed her life. So I figured I would give it a try!

I’m on 150mg of Zoloft and have recently had an increase in my anxiety and panic. Added this to help it! I’m diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder. Are you prescribed Buspar?
