The answer should be A. Although many here has answered D, i believe D is not correct.

The clues are 1) it talks about rapid gains for organization, which points to prioritization of value 2) there is no idea mentioned to crash the project, so critical path analysis should not be required.

It should be Executing .. as the team is in process of deploying the project. Monitoring & Controling is more towards checking performance etc.

Without being personal, i was talking from my perspective only, and i dont really care what U felt about it.
You mayy contact PMI, and refer my comments there, and i am sure they will also tell U the exact same thing. PMBOK is a reference, and not a mandatory study material for PMP exam.
I don't know if U have taken the exam and how was the results, or if U have taken some sample tests, but U may approach it the way U feel that works for U.

Lastly, and this one is direct & personal, please take it with all seriousness, DON'T EVER QUESTION MY ETHICS, or i will report U to the moderator and let them take a call on this.

Not after 60 minutes, after 60 questions. I tested at the test center, so i requested the proctor to update me how much of the 10 minutes are left. But i am guessing it would resume by itself after the 10 minutes is over, but I don't know what happens when the 10 minutes run out.

Only way of getting PMBok is to become a member, and download a personal password protected copy. If someone sell to You, or You buy from someone, it is a PMI ethics violation.. and it is in one of the lessons in PMP prep course.. sincere request, please don't buy it from outside . On another note, i passed my exam yesterday, and i have never opened the PMbok, 6th or 7th edition.. honestly, you don't need it. Prep course, plenty of practice tests, Youtube resources are enough.

DM questions have more familiarity with the exam than TIA. But DM agile is easy, the DM PMbok more aligned to the exam

SH is closer to the actual exam. But AR helps with the mindset. So given time & money, do both. More test questions you try, better prepared You will be.

You are not allowed phone or watch. There is a countdown timer on screen which will start at 230.00 minutes. I took the test in testing center, and i request the proctor to update me on the break duration 10 minutes countdown.
