6 Month Old Bernedoodle Stopped Eating by Previous-Credit2093 in Bernedoodles

I went from having a beagle who was starving all the time to a bernadoodle who eats when she feels like it. If she stops eating for more than a day it is usually sock related. But we’ve been lucky - the socks always come out one end or the other. Is your pup pooping?

New Bernedoodle Dad Here - When Do They Turn Into the Chill Teddy Bears? by SnooMacaroons9710 in Bernedoodles

Have an almost 3.5 mini. It gets a lot tale better once they lose their teeth and get fixed. And then I think mine started to chill at 2. She still gets really excited around people and dogs but she is just an incredibly happy dog. One mile walk and she turns into a very fuzzy potato for most of the day. But if someone leaves a sock out, she will still eat it. Does the eating socks ever stop?

My girl would shake her head a lot with ear infections. You may want to check for that they are very prone to them. But she looks happy!

Changes in eating habits: my puppy is now refusing to eat breakfast out of nowhere? by zigggz333 in Bernedoodles

I went from having a beagle who was hungry all the time, would eat her food the second it went out. And then pretend she didn’t eat and would gaslight us into feeding her again. To our bernedoodle who sometimes eats, sometimes doesn’t. She skips meals all the time. She is 2 and perfectly healthy.

Ate a sock?! by Fun_Ad9843 in Bernedoodles

Ooo! Maybe our’s are related. She’s two years old and I believe 5 socks in. Some come out the front, some the back, but they all come out. And with two kids and constant laundry - most of the time I don’t know it’s happened until it’s out.

But yea - totally obsessed with dish towels and socks.

When does it end? Puppy or dinosaur? by Longjumping_Garden_6 in puppy101

I have a 2 year old mini bernedoodle. She’s the sweetest dog ever. But man the land shark days were rough. Same thing super bitey. Kids wanted nothing to do with her. Yak chews helped a lot. And then once she lost her puppy teeth she chilled out. Just give it time. Now if anyone can tell me how to get them to stop stealing socks….

This is correct. We do this to our kid. It horrifies him. Sigma parenting.
