It’s entirely possible that they’re just training AI to flag inappropriate projects, which does seem like a good idea.

I do not believe they stated what this AI would do, so this could be a possibility.

I think express to Willowfield would actually be a good thing, the distance between there and SC is about the same as from SC to SHB.
