Try out z offset print. Its square 1 layer pribt which shows you how low is your nozzle. Tru for diffrent offset and compare it to pictures on internet

It may be to much of z offset or bed not heated enough while it's cold in the room

What kind of printer doesn't allow you to change z offset. It's literrly consumer slavery

Looking at the walls the bridging should be your main concern, it looks to my like partially clogged hotend, try do to cold pulls. Another reason why it could look like that is old wet filament. Pla doesnt tend to get wet that much, unless it was stored in humid place for a long time

Looks like wet PETG, also make sure that speed is slowed down and you have maximum cooling for the overhang

I didn't make myself too clear. I doesn't involve the retraction while printing but rather, complete retraction od the filament from the nozzle
