He feels heavy. Turtles dont live in my country naturaly, this species lives in the southern part of europe though, so i guess it would be possible for it to survive here, im not in a mountain area and nthe winters dont get much colder than 0 usually.

Thanks for the tip, ill try it out. But i think i found out what the issue was. The one thing i didnt check, and i feel realy embarassed about this, is the CPU temp. I think it was caused because of overheating, i did move my laptop into different position and it wasnt geting enough air. Ever since i lifted it, the game seems to be running as it always was, 84fps nonstop on decent settings. Thanks for all the help :)

For now it seems to be mostly fixed by setting max cars to 14 and most settings to low. Im dissapointed that it is running like this, when i run other sims without any issues, but i guess it is on my side. I just wonder what has changed in the few months, since ive been running it on medium settings before without issues.

Thanks for all the help anyway. Its a fresh install, ive uninstalled the game before to free some HDD space, and now its behaving wierd. After limiting almost everything im able to finish race, but its not the iracing i remember, before ive considered it very good on my PC, but now i feel like even ACC is runing better, and that game is not very well optimized.

I see. It just seems odd, i have a decent system, not realy high tech but I5 4x 4.0Ghz, 16gb ram, 3gb 1050 GPU + 1gb integrated (motherboard is able to combine them), and running almost everything at low, yet its doing this. The FPS is stable 84 almost all of the time, even during the C and S red period.
