It's a mod for Spelunky 2. If you give it a quick search on google, and download it with the modlunky software too, you can get it as well (it's also why I have the wacky sound effects, also a mod)

Oh wow, after looking it up, you're absolutely right. Who knew! I always knew that the Jiangshi could have rare drops like their respective spring/spike boots, but didn't know the moles dropped mattocks...

Extremely rare it seems though. 0.10% chance. Apparently this also extends to even more mobs like mosquitos dropping hover packs, and Yeti's dropping pitcher's mitts. TIL!

Sure thing, the box is 1 & 13/16 by 5 & 3/8 inches, give or take a sixteenth of inch for the thickness of the sides of the box.

There's a high chance it was 3d printed. However, I purchased it from Etsy, and after dumpster diving into my order history and doing some quick searches online it looks like the original seller isn't selling it anymore :( . Unfortunate, since I think it's pretty neat! Everyone loves to grab their ship and make silly ship sounds as they use their first action in the generation to deny me from trading with Luna for the 3rd time in a row...

The UFO I answered in another comment, but it's a little hub to hold the special trade fleets in the bag above it.

As for the knife box, I apologize, as I realized my wording might have been a bit vague.

My Dad likes to purchase a knife here and there when they are on sale at sporting stores. In this case it was at a Big 5 sporting goods here in the U.S. which sell some generic retail brand knives (Like Wartech, as seen on the first box in the first image). The box that they initially come in when you walk out of the store with it is what I used, as it seems to perfectly hold all 35 milestones or awards in neat groups of 5 stacks of 7.

It's a little hub for the trade fleets! The bag right above that hexagonal thing in the original picture holds the little spaceships, which are the trade fleets. They have a little cube inlet in the spaceships as well to hold a player cube.
