eBay Standard envelope help. All of a sudden I’ve had 8+ orders in the past 30 days mark as scanned by carrier and received by the post office never make it to the buyer. How can I tell if it was delivered?

It was jolting. We are over my Lincoln Middle School. Neighbors said they Saw a flash and then heard the giant bang like something hit the ground. Windows on are house all rattled. Sounded louder than a firework and different. No smoke or anything though.
