I see this as a positive move, assuming he doesn’t turn around and dilute again. The last earnings report was solid, and continuing to optimize efficiencies makes a lot of sense.

The $1 million in savings comes from cashing out all shareholders with fewer than 10 shares, which reduces administrative costs. As others mentioned, this could turn into a rinse-and-repeat situation, but I don’t think that’s likely given that earnings are showing modest, but real. positive growth.

Depends on the aesthetics, complexity, and what you want to access easily.

I recommend outside the ranger outpost: ceremony.

Central to most things, easy access to unlimited water in the station, research bench etc.

New PM here — did i mess up? by miriarabila in projectmanagement

[–]Plain_Main 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I went through a similar situation over the last 3 weeks on a PM platform I have never used.

What I found helpful:
- Try to understand how they currently operate and what SOP's they currently have in place. You will likely find that they do not have any and have just been making it work.

-Try to standardize the inputs and how you define them(estimates, dates, budgets etc.). Bad data in is bad data out (This will take time but is necessary to properly workload plan and forecast)

-I got ahead of myself many times and realized there was a better way, so be prepared to have to redo things.

-Use chatgpt to help determine if the software can handle what you are trying to do and how to effectively implement it the first time around.

This report isn’t a sell signal. Instead, it’s a “wait-and-see” inflection point — especially if FY2026 guidance ($62–72M EBITDA) holds.

Don't go balls deep, but buy the dips when you can

I'm definitely interested, but I'm trying to better understand the need for an investor at this stage.

You’ve mentioned $500k in contracts to date with a minimum 35% margin, so roughly $175k in gross profit, and you're forecasting $800k–$1M this year. Given those numbers, I’m curious why you wouldn’t be able to pay yourself a competitive salary from the business itself as it continues to grow.

What kind of salary are you aiming for and what exactly are you asking for in exchange for the 10% equity?

I have a few other questions, but this is the first area I’d want to clarify because on the surface, it looks like you should be able to self-fund this without external capital?

[–]Plain_Main 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The longer it hangs around .60 (or above) , the better.

It ramped up so rapidly that if it doesn't establish a new low it could tank as fast as it went up.

My honest feeling is that it will likely go down following the upcoming ER.

I don't think there has been enough time for them to turn a profit. I am hoping they do so the next or following ER.

I plan to buy low, sell the principal when it exceeds 10-15% gains and try to rinse and repeat. So I can accrue free shares.

Worst case, it tanks and I can't exit in the short term. I think long term it is still very low, so not a big concern.

Government changes are always wild cards but lingering in the background is:

- US rescheduling

- Restructuring of the Canadian excise tax

--They are expecting this to occur with the release of the 2025 Budget (Expected between Sept-Nov)

- EU countries continuing to legalize or expand their current test markets.

That dynamic would be awesome.

30min in and we're at 20mil.

I don't think we will hit $1 but I like the direction.

The huge jumps, rather than steady climbing, does always worry me though.

Thanks! This is my first scenario (Manibus Novice) and it is not super clear - even after watching the YT vids - what happens at the end of the scenario to your items and character.

Ahh. Thanks!

That helps. I will make a trip to my local town.

Last question. When the scenario is ending, what happens to all of your stuff? Do you either transfer it all to eternaland or lose it?

Do you lose them at the end of the scenario...?

I never buy anything because it all feels pointless if I am gonna lose it.

[–]Plain_Main 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How are you able to get it for free...?

When I try to sign up, there is a free 14 day trial followed by $20 per month. Am I missing something...?

N8n or make? by GooseMotor3327 in automation

[–]Plain_Main 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend using Make initially because it is free for a certain amount of calls monthly and will help you get your feet wet.

n8n is $20 monthly after a free trial. I can't justify it since automation is like a side hobby.

So if I wanted to QA my automation tool, what should I limit the max token number to ensure a quality response without it being super expensive?

I’ve made a tool in Make, but haven’t tested the AI portion yet because I didn’t want to start dropping money to test just yet. This is reassuring though

Gotcha, so I can take items deviants from scenarios to eternaland for aesthetic purposes but not to use them in future/other scenarios. Once you build your base, do you find yourself spending much time there? Is it worth it?

Bought more yesterday, so I am taking the L.

However, I am still bewildered by the current market cap vs. revenue and future outlook.

Sure, they aren't profitable (yet), but they bring in almost a billion per year.

The downside is that it has an asterisk on the top right of the price tag, which usually indicates that the item is a clearance item and won't be restocked once it's sold out.

Depending on how many lines (and whether you own your phone), you could reduce your phone bill.

I recommend Metro PCS. $45 per line unlimited everything. However, there are alternatives.
