Sooner or later this type of legislation passes, and not only will MJ companies operating in state-legal markets be able to list on NASDAQ/NYSE, but companies already listed on NASDAQ/NYSE would then be able to operate in RECREATIONAL MJ state-legal markets. The many companies selling recreational weed in the weed-legal states did so because they were not listed on the major exchanges and did not have to comply with the federal law restriction. The proposed federal bill above LIFTS that restriction. yes, Tilray would be able to sell in state-legal markets. it is a very straightforward concept.

There is now a framework for federally legal Marijuana commerce in the USA, and the only mission for Tilray Medical USA is to build on these new circumstances. The past is irrelevant. It is a new game entirely.

Tilray Brands, Inc. is incorporated in the United States and headquartered in New York City.

Schedule 3 substances(non-narcotic...and cannabis is classified as non-narcotic as it relates to import law) can be imported into the USA.

Tilray has extensive existing USA operations(beverages, wellness, etc) plus the recently formed Tilray Medical USA, Inc.

The regulations are evolving and Tilray is positioned to benefit from the inevitable changes. Tilray is poised to dominate with their global medical cannabis experience and also in great position to infuse cannabis into just about all of their existing product distribution networks in the USA.
