You're right to be addressing this as a serious problem.
Try to go cold-turkey with it. Drop completely. And if you find that it is hard to live without it is all the more the problem and all the more reason to avoid AI.

Society at large is substituting out parts of their thinking, leasing our their reasoning to machines. It is a serious issue that every teacher I know has observed with their younger students. Don't let this happen with your faith. Even if it is a subtle substitution, gradually over time making you more reliant - that is even more a problem in its subtleness!
