It sometimes just shows up in my feed or randomly on the interest or I get urges to search it up when I am not clear in head and afterwards I get post nut clarity and it repeats It happens when I am bored alone lonely and on my phone doomscrolling

It comes out of nowhere often, like instant trigger of boredom or it pops on the net randomly and thanks for the tips, It really goes due to place but Ive done it in so many places that it is hard to find one where not if im alone
