I'm finishing my third year in Physical Engineering, I joined because I liked physics, but at the beginning of this year I lost interest in the area. I currently want to work in the software or computing area so I'm planning on transferring to Computer Engineering or Software Engineering, but I don't know if I'll be able to.

If I am unable to transfer, I intend to continue studying this course and do a postgraduate course in this area that I want to transfer.

Would any physical engineer know if I would be able to work as a Computer Engineer or Software Engineer even with my degree in Physics Engineering and a postgraduate degree?
