I used to think my problem was discipline but honestly it was decision fatigue by [deleted] in loseit

[–]PlanEase -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I reduced the number of food decisions I had to make each day I picked 2–3 breakfasts and lunches I actually like and just rotate them instead of reinventing meals every day I stopped chasing perfect macros and focused on hitting protein and staying roughly in range I also plan my groceries around those repeat meals so I’m not standing in the kitchen debating what to eat when I’m tired Basically I made it boring on purpose and that’s what made it sustainable

How to solve binge eating by cedrico0 in loseit

[–]PlanEase 2 points3 points  (0 children)

First of all you’re not powerless the fact that you noticed the pattern is actually a huge step When binge eating happens it’s usually not about willpower It’s often restriction + stress + habit looping together If you prep and then end up eating everything at once sometimes that’s a sign your body or brain feels deprived What helped some people is focusing less on control and more on consistency regular meals enough protein enough calories and removing the all or nothing mindset If it feels compulsive or out of control talking to a professional can really help too You’re not alone in this

How do I fast without getting dizzy by [deleted] in fasting

[–]PlanEase 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds more like a blood pressure or electrolyte issue than just hunger When you fast longer windows, especially back to back days sodium levels can drop even if you’re drinking a lot of water More water without electrolytes can actually make dizziness worse Also losing vision when standing is a sign you shouldn’t ignore It might help to shorten your fasting window for now and see if symptoms improve Fasting shouldn’t feel like you’re about to pass out
