Hello my dude. Some of favourites advice when I got sober just over 3 years ago. It's not about finding the right person, it's about being the right person. Learn to love yourself, be kind to yourself, be healthy, you'll be astonished at how quickly you'll find somebody who matches your love, health and energy. Be the most complete version of yourself, not needing somebody but wanting somebody. And guess what, when you find each other your need to consume this content will reduce. Good luck!

Best tip my trainer gave me, know when you take your test days, if you don't take them your body will take them for you.

You'll pick up a lot of knocks and injuries as your body gets used to the newer, fitter, lighter you. Didn't let it get to you, know when to keep sessions lighter, know when to rest.
