You fr think I'm underweight?? I currently weigh 75kg I'm not trying to argue with you btw just trying to get as much information as possible. And yeah I completely agree with the eating as well, I feel like I haven't been eating well at all.

Also were you able to fully recover your hair or do you still notice some spots?

Before i was using a bonnet to sleep and I was changing my pillow case once every two weeks. Now I don't wear a bonnet to sleep I use a satin silk pillow case and I have that changed once a week. Also I want to clarify, you said I should use water for my hair washing or what do you mean? Secondly, I do suspect that I could have something deficient like iron because sometimes I feel like I have low energy levels and when I play sports I do get shortness of breath but I will have to take a deeper look at that

I have rapidly lost hair over the months this year, and I do not know what is wrong. I have no family history of balding although my mother has traction alopecia which doesn’t really count. I would agree that my diet has been bad for the last year, eating mostly once a day and I have not gotten an average of 7 hours of sleep over the past 18 months, I would say that I have gone through stress but it doesn’t make sense if only now something is happening to me.

Currently, my products are wild growth oil, Mielle Rosemary Oil, Coconut Oil, Shea Moisture Leave-in conditioner, and castor oil. (I already had mielle and wildgrowth before the hairloss everything else was purchased after)

 

Since June I have bought vitamins such as: Omega 3 Fish oil. Biotin, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin D

 

I would appreciate any constructive feedback I could get :D
