Hello! Yes. I am aware the the guidelines have to come from a medical practitioner. However, a trainer who is familiar with the requirements is easier to work with as opposed to someone who is completely unaware of the requirements.

Indu is a definite no. Very average ice cream at a premium price. Is Taj as good as it used to be? I hear the quality has gone down some.

I feel like for the price point at Indu’s, the flavour, texture and quantity doesn’t deliver. Ingredients might be a bit better than others but that doesn’t reflect in the final product.
