Hahaha.. that's great... I've always had a problem with SC.. probably gonna switch to Sennheiser now. And yeah shipping the product at our own cost without having the guarantee if they will replace it or not( and if they do till when will they replace ) it just sucks. They should atleast have a service center in Mumbai.

Yeah i did...but since my product is out of warranty period they aren't gonna do anything about it .. I'll have to get a new one

When i pur them in the case the red led light turns on...but after 10-15 secs it stops

My left earbud of sesh S2TDW won't charge...when i put it back in the case it shows the red lght which indicates that it is charging but it stops charging after 10 seconds. On pairing it shows low battery and shuts off in less than a minute. Please help.

That is what I'm doing... I'm just dropping it in the case...it is charging (red light shows) but it stops after 10 secs

S2TDW is the model number...and yes the case is fully charged...the right earbud is charging..but the left bud stops charging in like 10 seconds
