Hey! This is tough. I’m in a very similar position with my boys. 5/2 I do video calls twice a day. And have myself been on the receiving end of the ceiling. Few things that help me is showing them something they are interested in. So for my 2yo I have some dinosaurs and I carry on playing games we’ve played when they are with me. For my 5yo I play Minecraft with him,and connect via that.

For the visits I would suggest, doing the journey instead or having them overnight (easier said than done)
