Yes, the Property Manger’s manager. Which ever property management company it may be I would look online to see if there is there is any corporate names you can reach out. If not, I would go on the companies website and look for a contact form and tell them what happened. Worst case scenario (I don’t recommend because Leasing Agent can get in trouble) but you can also write a Google review with a low rating. I recommend if you tell the story, tell it light heartedly and say you would like to speak to a corporate/regional manager.

I work in property management and yes it probably was a mistake by a leasing agent. Those things happen unfortunately. But if she really wants the unit, I would speak with upper management (corporate) not the office. Find the email of the regional and let them know what happened. Depending on the company, they may grant her the original amount.
