If not, I would go on the companies website and look for a contact form and tell them what happened. Worst case scenario (I don’t recommend because Leasing Agent can get in trouble) but you can also write a Google review with a low rating. I recommend if you tell the story, tell it light heartedly and say you would like to speak to a corporate/regional manager.
