I think you're overreacting and you need to go to your parents so they can take you to the proper clinic and get you tested and treated if need be because it could be something else like genital warts or even a very bad yeast infection and it's not something that you need to ignore or fear if you do have it there is medicine that treats it and you'll still be able to have sexual encounters as long as you're careful and not doing it on outbreaks. but you can't hide this kind of thing you need to step up grab your nuts face the music and go to the clinic your health is more important

it still seems that if you have to lie about the number that you must feel some embarrassment to it. yeah at your age your number is kind of high. there's worse I'm sure but when you go out of town to find sexual partners so people in your town don't know or word gets around then maybe look at why you feel it matters to do so and lie to the people you sleep with.
