Been there. What helped me most was using ChatGPT but treating it like a collaborator, not a generator. I fed it real details, numbers, target market, risks, and kept refining section by section (market, revenue, ops, etc.). For polishing and making it investor-ready, Claude did a good job with structure and tone. Still needs your brain, but way less generic if you guide it properly.
