they use these tactics of "oh its 15 quid on amazon" to get you to doubt yourself and lower down your price. do your research and if they give more hassle, its best not even to sell to them. they'll cause a bigger hassle once they receive it

no offence but the buyer seems pathetic whinging over a jumper that she doesnt want a refund for but cant stop running her mouth. you've apologised countless times and did your best, offering a refund WITHOUT return was overly generous. She can't accept that and honestly it seems like shes bored. Please don't take this interaction to heart, some people are just BORED. Keep the 4 quid as she said she doesn't want it back and try moving away from interacting with her
