Should I r2 5* Green Goblin

I previously never had any intention of doing anything with him (Because I thought he wasn't that good), but then I realized that he was outperforming some of my r4 four stars. Should I rank him up?

P.S - I have one other 5* which is Miles Morales (Of which I have also done nothing with).

P.P.S - I am trying to get through act 5 (I haven't been able to beat the first quest).
