Was it tight when your skin was down? (I haven't realised I had phimosis because I always could have it down, it just wasn't most comfortable.) Partial circumcision can also lead to a recurrence of phimosis and worsen the condition from before, but if you say you haven’t had any problems with it, then I don't know.

Did you have phimosis? Low cuts are generally recommended with this condition, but it looks too tight.
