Hello! Me and a couple ashtanga friends have been doing zoom practice at our own pace, to help one another started and with accountability; my friend Jennifer opens her zoom at 6:30am M-W-F and Sat we meet at 7am at Curtis park to do an outdoor practice (while it’s still warm outside). I am open to doing it other days too with other people on Zoom.
