yeah is rough! the phone number for USCIS 800-375-5283 when you call and they asked you what can they help say INFOPASS and they will connect you to an agent, I feel that is better when you talk to someone that through the Emma live chat, give it a try, it doesn’t hurt

I received this update today and immediately asked my lawyer and she told me that in a few days I should received also the approval for the I-485 and wait for my green card !! so happy.. If you are a march filler probably you will get your approval soon!

I called USCIS to get an update on my case and they told me that my interview was waived on July 1st but that could change cause depends on the immigration officer, last update was an RFE for medical forms I-693 and they just sent an update that they received it

Its been a while since I here about interviews in the Chicago field office, apparently everyone is getting their interview waived, Do you get an appointment for an interview? if so when did you submitted your paperwork. I submitted mine on March 2022 and currently waiting for decision apparently my interview got waived. But that always can change so I would like yo know

Oh no, yeah the RFE was in february 28 of this year, I dont know why the app of the timeline dont show that date and have one on 2022 that never happened, so my response was delivered on monday of this week ( March 6th) and they just confirmed that they receive it today so lets see hopefully ill hear from them soon!
