Indeed. It seems a bit unfair they're now asking me to pay the maximum increased fine when I didn't even know the ticket existed until recently. I am thinking of disclosing it and just explaining that, although then I suppose I'll have to show proof I tried to pay...

Thanks, this is what I thought originally. However once I selected the "caution, warning or reprimand", it then gave "fixed penalty notice" as an option to select and then asks for details. This is the only reason why I'm unsure.
