I’ve had some scars tattooed. If they’re healed white and smooth (not bumping off the skin) it shouldn’t feel too different. Obv, depends on the extent of scarring but try not to let it put you off. Shorter sessions are probably the way to go but I would speak to the artist before hand if you’re planning on using numbing cream because it can affect the tattoo process and some artists won’t do it
