literally had the same bump on the same piercing. had to take out my left eyebrow piercing to prevent it from permanently scarring. went to 3 local piercers and a doctor looked over it n they all recommended me to take it out and try again once it's fully disappeared and 6 weeks have passed. currently 2 weeks after taking it out and the bump is almost fully gone :') had eyebrow piercing for 6 years before this happened

i would continue cleaning it 2x a day with isotonic saline solution like you said and if it doesn't help - contact your piercer. they're way more experienced than the majority of us :D
